Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began participating in fitness contests after she quit gymnastics. As a teenager she earned her pro card just a year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She first began participating in fitness shows at the age of 16, shortly after ending her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Within a short time her age, she could get her Pro Card when she was 17. So becoming one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Following her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her undergraduate studies. In the year 2015 she returned on stage to compete at the top level in competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a few more years and set new goals every year. She took home four other health titles before the end of the year. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. This made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to get her college degree. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. Her finish was 3rd in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. A few months later Ariel stepped on to the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of the result. The competition was among some of the most talented athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. The body part that Ariel likes to work out is the back. Ariel usually performs bent-over row or single arm lat pull-downs (on an exercise machine), pull-ups and seated-rows. The warm-up phase is completed before she moves on to her working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. Converting all the back exercises into three to four supersets of 10-12 reps are the way she works.
