Tina Louise is a popular American singer, writer and actress who is well-known for her character Ginger Grant in the 1960s television show Gilligan's Island. Bettle's Two's Company musical was the first show she performed in during her stage debut. In 1956, she had her breakthrough in the stage on Broadway with Li'l Abner. That same year, she released Her first album, It's time for Tina. Louise began with her Hollywood career in the year 1958 in which she portrayed Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a film that was dramatic. It was an enormous success and Louise was awarded the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. In the course of this film, she was enrolled into Actors Studio in New York and formed a connection with Lee Strasberg as his student. Another notable character she portrayed in the role of Ginger Grant, which CBS hired her to play in the year 1964. Louise worked successfully in both Hollywood as well as Broadway in roles that were more serious that reflected her reputation as a glamour doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series and Sanctuary however she also established herself as an accomplished television director on numerous series, including Supernatural & The 100. Her birth date was 28 August 1965 in Essex. When she was 3, her family moved her to Toronto which is where she spent the majority of in the city for her entire childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver in Canada following her choice to play the lead.
